According to Dodge, "the SUV is back". Apparently this is because the 2011 V6 Durango ($39,000+) gets "500 miles (~804km) on a single tank of gas". That's amazing! 500 miles! Wow. I'm impressed.

Yes, we did it! BC's HST is toast. The libs are learning that they can't rip us off, lie to us, and otherwise trample on BC's citizens.

I'm confused. Why are economics (theories) so complex? To me, it all seems like a make-work project for failed - lazy? - mathematicians trying to make themselves look important. I have an answer to the world economic crisis, comprising only 2 things:

James P. Hogan writes about Darwinism, evolution, and various related ideas and theories in Kicking The Sacred Cow. On page 440, he says:

A friend of mine is involved in curling. We were watching Canada play Norway at the 2011 Ford World Men's Championship (Canada lost to Norway, but are up 10 to 1 - woo hoo!) I have a love-hate relationship with the above quote. Mostly because my life appears to revolve nearly entirely around what others think. Taking the above to heart is one of my biggest challenges.

A friend was kind enough to give me a copy of The Moral Landscape (TML) by Sam Harris for Christmas (apparently she noticed that I was intrigued with an interview by Jon Stewart of Sam on The Daily Show). Well, the cover of this book mentions that Sam also wrote The End of Faith (TEF) so I picked up a copy of that and read it first (reading TEF first makes sense). I suspect I may also have a thing or two to say once I've read TML.
